The 10-year oak-aged Zivania from Tsiakkas Winery is a premium, limited-production Cypriot spirit (1,600 bottles) crafted from Xynisteri and Vamvakada grapes. Aged in 1st-fill Commandaria barrels, it offers a complex, refined flavour profile featuring notes of quince, tobacco, bergamot, and fig, representing a pinnacle of aged Zivania.
