Yiannoudi is a rare and indigenous red grape variety from Cyprus, and the Tsiakkas Winery (located in Pelendri) is one of the few producers successfully revitalizing it.

  • Production: Typically aged for 10–13 months in a mix of 90% French and 10% American oak barrels. Production is limited, often around 1,200 bottles per vintage.
