STIN Styrian Sloe Gin (50cl)
The STIN Macerated Sloe Gin is an exceptional spirit that delights with its fruity freshness and balanced taste. With an alcohol content of 27% vol., this sloe gin is refined by the addition of sloe berries and sugar in a second maceration, which gives it an intense, fruity note. The STIN Macerated Sloe Gin is distilled in small copper pot stills to bring out the flavors of the carefully selected 28 botanicals, including the main ingredient juniper. The distillation process is gentle and slow, allowing the unique flavors of the botanicals to be perfectly extracted.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Ruby red with a slight golden shimmer.
Nose: Aromas of fresh citrus fruits, juniper and a subtle fruity sweetness reminiscent of sloes and apples.
Taste: Refreshing and fruity with intense sloe berries and a beautiful balance of juniper, apples and elderflower. Light citrus notes give the gin a refreshing depth.
