Vinification: This blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc brings together richness and freshness in a beautifully balanced white. Mostly fermented in stainless steel with a small portion in new oak, the wine has a gentle roundness alongside bright, aromatic character.
Tasting notes: A complex blend of lemon blossoms, red grapefruit, peach, pear with hints of sweet spice.
Food pairing: This wine can be paired with poultry, white fish and grilled seasonal greens.

Our Promara has a complex aromatic profile of stone and citrus fruit. Medium body with refreshing acidity and long aftertaste.
Promara is a long forgotten white grape variety indigenous to Cyprus.Â
It is the first Cypriot grape variety to ripen every year hence its name. Â
Currently, the Promara vineyards represent less than 1% of the total vineyard area in Cyprus.
