Sauvignon Blanc, Ornella Bellia
TASTING NOTES:
Colour is intense straw. On the nose it is broad, pronounced scent with hints of wild flowers, ripe melons and capsicum peppers. Flavourful on the palate, slightly acidulous with a capsicum pepper final; delicate body.
Intense scents with typical floral hints of rose petals and sensations of tropical fruit, with an end note of refined spices such as nutmeg and aniseed. Also features herbaceous hints of sage, mint and thyme.
On the palate it is fine, fully aromatic and delicately mineral. Lingering, sapid, velvety end note.
