MOUTH: Velvety tannin, concentrated and persistent taste.
PAIRINGS: Triumphs with meat sauces, braised meats and red meats but goes very well with cheeses of medium / long seasoning. Thanks to its softness and alcohol content, it is an excellent meditation wine.
