Roasted Peppers in Syrup are a preserve made in a traditional way with a selection of top quality peppers to offer a gourmet product with great flavor and texture.

This preserve is made from chopped red pepper cooked in sugar and liquid caramel through an artisanal process and with extra virgin olive oil from our own harvest.

Once the correct cooking point and texture are reached, it is packaged and the result is one of the most surprising flavours on the gourmet market.
