Subtle and elegant on the nose with fine notes of camomile and hints of aniseed and fennel. As the wine opens up, gentle vegetable notes of boxwood and nettle emerge, adding freshness to the ensemble. Direct and bright on the palate. The ageing on its lees lends volume and balanced creaminess thanks to the wine’s outstanding acidity.
