AA white wine that revives the traditional style

Made with grapes from old Viura vines in Rioja Alavesa, this wine revives the classic Rioja white winemaking method, which involved aging it in oak barrels to extend its lifespan. This meticulous process saw the wine aged for 12 months on its lees in French oak barrels from different cooperages, resulting in a wider range of aromas and flavour nuances.

TASTING NOTES

Colour is straw yellow, clean and bright with golden notes.

On the nose, creamy notes, butter and bakery notes predominate with a very balanced acidity that gives it freshness and liveliness.

On the palate it is complex, smooth and elegant. Pleasure dressed in fresh fragrances.
