Produced via the traditional méthode ancestrale (trapping natural CO2 by bottling before the first fermentation finishes), it is an unfiltered, slightly cloudy, and highly aromatic wine.

- Aromas: Highly intense bouquet featuring exotic and tropical fruits like melon, mango, banana, pineapple, and lychee, mixed with citrus, kumquat, floral jasmine, and honey notes.
