"Minami Haru" is a rosé bled wine, made from grapes from the unique parcels of the Minami estate, which surrounds the winery in the beautiful La Raja Valley. Made from the blend Minami I (Syrah) and Minami II (Garnacha and Monastrell) wines, Haru Minami is a delicate and authentic expression of this privileged environment. Its floral character, vibrant acidity and finesse on the palate make this rosé a fresh and sophisticated interpretation of the essence of the Minami estate.
