Starting from the 2021 vintage, Metafisica IGT Toscana Bianco is a blend of 50% Chardonnay, grown in Montalcino, and 50% Procanico, grown in Maremma, on the Scansano estate. The vineyards that give life to this wine are extremely small, the grapes are brought to optimal ripeness, and then processed separately, from fermentation to ageing.
