TASTING NOTES:
Characteristic aromas of small red fruit (wild-strawberry, pomegranate, reddish white-cherry, cherry plum), wild plum and sour apple contribute to the intense “green” and unripened dimension, imperceptible barrel and spices. Fresh with high acidity that offers liveliness, without high volume but with exquisite tasting complexity and an elegant presence of tannins. A unique indigenous variety.
