"Liaison du Village" (Cabernet / Shiraz), Ktima Kappa

TASTING NOTES:
Liaison du Village is a blend of 50% Cabernet sauvignon and 50% Syrah. Each cultivar is harvested and vinified separatelly. After the completion of the alcoholic fermentation the wine goes through a period of 2 weeks of post-fermentation maceration. The wine is aged for 6-8 months in oak barrels and for 6 months in bottles before being released to the market. 
Aromas: Red and black fruits (cherries, blueberry), vanilla, spices, chocolate.
