Pale yellow with gold highlights. And slowly but surely rising up from the glass a bouquet of apricots, Williams pears and acacia. On the palate it glides through with agility, without any sudden bursts, leaving behind an enjoyable and courteous memory.
FOOD PAIRINGS:
Perfect with strong-flavoured fish dishes such as seafood risotto or a seared tuna-steak. To be tried as an accompaniment to prawn-cruditè and raw fish dishes in general.
An intriguing choice to enjoy with fish couscous.
