"Eremo San Quirico" Aglianico Campi Taurasini 2019, Nativ

The Aglianico dei Campi Taurasini grapes are hand-picked at the end of October and collected in small crates. After a gentle pressing, the must rests in stainless steel tanks for about 20 days to initiate alcoholic fermentation. The wine then matures for 18 months in new French oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES
In the glass, it shows an intensely concentrated ruby-red hue. The nose reveals classic aromas of ripe red fruits, led by the distinctive Maiatica di Taurasi cherry, accompanied by subtle mature spice notes that complement rather than overpower. On the palate, it is dense, rich, and velvety.

This wine pairs beautifully with all red meats and game, and it also elevates a selection of aged cheeses.
