TASTING NOTES:
Jean-Paul Droin Chablis 1er Cru Montmains 2018 is a mineral and profiled white. On the nose there are aromas of yellow fruits (apricot), hazelnuts and toasted almonds. The palate is savoury and concentrated, very meaty, with notes of brioche, toast, mango and yellow peach.
