"Campo del Re" (Primitivo / Merlot), Montemajor
TASTING NOTES:
Ruby tending to purple, the flavor is persistent. On the nose it has an intense aroma with notes of wild berries.
The name “Campo del Re” derives from the name of the land where the vineyard is located. The harvest carried out in that place was intended for the production of wine for King Ferdinand II of Bourbon. The wine produced was particularly appreciated at court, so much so that the local farmers named the vineyard “Campo del Re”.
