"Ca Florian" Amarone della Valpolicella Riserva 2011, Tommasi
TASTING NOTES:
Full bodied, deep red / purple in the glass. On the nose it’s packed full of tobacco, raisin and leather with dark fruit. On the palate it’s thick with plum and blackberry straight away, then it develops with balsamic and chocolate flavours. Medium length with good tannins.
Critic tasting note: "Aromas of raisin, leafy underbrush and leather emerge from the glass. The dense palate delivers prune, liquorice and vanilla alongside big chewy tannins. Kerin O’Keefe"
