Albariño "MAR", Attis
TASTING NOTES:
This exceptional white wine from Galicia, in north-western Spain, is made from Albariño grapes and uniquely matured beneath the Atlantic Ocean. Resting 40 feet underwater for six months, the wine gains remarkable depth and complexity while retaining its signature freshness.
Lively acidity, generous weight, and refined balance define its style. On the palate, it weaves together vibrant fruit, saline minerality, and a silky creaminess—making it a natural partner for seafood and coastal fare.
Tasting profile of Attis Mar Sea-Aged Albariño:
- Brilliant straw-yellow colour with striking luminosity
- Crisp acidity lifting a broad, textured palate
- Flavours of grapefruit and ripe stone fruits unfolding in layers
