TASTING NOTES
Red fruit with a hint of spice, easy drinking with light tannins and refreshing acidity.
VINIFICATION
Each vineyard is vinified in a different tank with the aim of highlighting the best characteristics of each variety. Various tests are then carried out to select the final blend which is aged for 4 months on fine lees from Xynisteri.
Ο κάθε αμπελώνας οινοποιείται σε διαφορετική δεξαμενή με στόχο να αναδείξουμε τα καλύτερα χαρακτηριστικά της κάθε ποικιλίας. Στη συνέχεια γίνονται διάφορες δοκιμές για να επιλεγεί το τελικό χαρμάνι το οποίο ωριμάζει για 4 μήνες με λεπτές λάσπες από Ξυνιστερι.
Η εμφιάλωση γίνεται στο οινοποιείο 6 μήνες μετά το τρύγο.
