Sun Dried Tomatoes Pate (180gr), La Terra di Puglia
We cultivate long tomatoes in the open fields of our farm from April to May, harvesting them by hand in July and August.
After picking, we meticulously wash, select, and hand-cut them before salting and laying them out on desiccation frames to sun-dry for 4-5 days.
