"Suadens" Campania Bianco 2024, Nativ
Suadens Bianco is a cuvée crafted from Campania’s most iconic grape varieties: Fiano di Avellino, Greco di Tufo, and Falanghina. Its name evokes the wine’s persuasive, expressive character and the distinctive local fruit it recalls.
All three varieties are harvested in the second ten days of October. The whole clusters are gently pressed, after which fermentation begins with selected yeasts. The wine then matures in stainless steel, with a brief period spent in barrique.
TASTING NOTES
Its colour is a delicate pale straw yellow. On the nose, it offers fragrant aromas of Limoncella and Annurca apples, Bellella peach from Melito Irpino, and refined notes of Avellana hazelnut and Montella chestnut. On the palate, it is fresh, satisfying, and well-balanced.
Superb with creamy fresh cheeses and white meats, it pairs ideally with crustaceans and molluscs.
