TASTING NOTES:
This wine is the highest expression of the Garganega grapes that grow on the Roncà hills, a volcanic area covered by the sea millions of years ago.
This wine displays a luminous straw yellow hue with brilliant clarity. The nose unfolds elegantly, presenting delicate floral notes characteristic of the varietal, intertwined with aromatic layers of Acacia honey, succulent nectarine, candied orange zest, and wild marjoram. Upon tasting, vibrant freshness dances with pronounced minerality, creating an exquisite equilibrium across the palate. The finish reveals remarkable persistence, distinguished by a sophisticated bitter almond note that adds complexity and invites another sip.
