TASTING NOTES:
In the glass, Sauvignon Blanc has a clear straw yellow colour.
Intense fruity aromas, with hints of mango, green apple and white flowers.
On the palate it is fresh, delicate, dry and mineral.
It has good structure and persistence.

Piedmontese Sauvignon is very different from Friulian, South Tyrolean or international ones.
Even though it has a lower aromatic intensity, it presents itself with great elegance and good ease of drinking.

FOOD PAIRING:
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with fresh starters.
Very recommended with fish specialties, but also with asparagus risotto or paccheri with artichokes.
