TASTING NOTES:
Bright yellow colour with green hues. Complex aromas. The aromas of ripe fruit (melon, peach, quince) coexist harmoniously with the sweet (vanilla) and spicy traits (basil) given from the ageing in the barrel. Rich and fatty mouthfeel, with cool acidity and a long-lasting aftertaste, apt to ageing.
