TASTING NOTES:
Nose is very clean and subtle. The first sensation that is appreciated is one of complexity and elegance, with aromas of ripe red fruit such as raisins or prunes that dominate the middle accompanied by touches of spicy details such as vanilla, cloves, caramel and a small sensation of roasting.Mouth is enveloping and glyceric, it leaves a sensation of sweetness in the mouth due to its maturation. The natural acidity gives it a very pleasant freshness and liveliness with a finish reminiscent of chocolate and a mineral touch that gives it personality.
