"La Gabacha" Sauvignon Blanc, Casa Rojo
TASTING NOTES:
The wine has a straw yellow colour with steely hues and golden tinges, clean and transparent.
On the nose it offers a good aromatic intensity, initially highlighting notes of stone fruit such as apricot and peach, accompanied by light hints of citrus and herbal details characteristic of the varietal.
On the palate it is dry in the mouth, with a good acidity that brings freshness. It is elegant but with a nervous touch, ideal for an aperitif and a perfect pairing with seafood.
