At the heart of the Saint Emilion appellation, CLOS des MENUTS is a round, powerful wine with subtle tannins. A deep robe, fruit of a well mastered extraction. Beautiful nose of ripe grapes wrapped in an elegant woody with toasted and vanilla notes. These impressions are confirmed in the mouth.

Like any Saint Emilion Grand Cru, one will take care to taste it at a temperature of about 18 °. It is advisable to decant it in a carafe one hour before the meal in order to develop its aromas.
