"Equinox" Campania Rosso, Montemajor
"Equinox" is a blend of aglianico & piedirosso, with an amiable character, that takes its name from the first day of harvest, September 21. the name comes from the Latin aequa-nox, which literally means "equal night." The equinox, in fact, is one of only two days during the year when night and day are the same length. the same day when summer ends, letting autumn take its course.
Tasting Notes:
Ruby red in colour, with good structure, balance and freshness. Intense and complex with floral and fruity notes of cherry, red fruits and spices.
Pairings: Perfect with cheeses, white meats, pasta, soups, dry cookies.
