TASTING NOTES:
The grapes are harvested in the vineyards located between Monte Duello and Monte Calvarina at an average altitude of 350 meters above sea level.
On the nose, this sparkling wine expresses great breadth, intensity and balance, with delicate sulphurous citrus and floral notes, such as wisteria and acacia flowers, supported and sustained on the palate by an elegant and marked dry, mineral and very dry finish.
A sparkling wine that expresses typicality, once tasted, impossible to forget.
