TASTING NOTES:
Aromas of strawberries, ripe tomatoes, white berries, herbal green olive, field poppies, sweet rose, custard, notes of yogurt. The new barrel is evident, which adds its alginic tannins to the overall aromatic complexity, and structure of the wine, the acidity is high, the body is medium(+), the mouth is dry and the aftertaste is long, it lends itself further ageing.
