"2Rizes" Xynisteri (Two Roots), Nelion Winery
From vineyards located on the slopes of the Diarizos valley at different altitudes.
Each vineyard is vinified under different conditions in order to bring out their best characteristics in the wine. These wines are then blended to create the characteristic wine from the NELION winery. The wine matures for 4 months on fine lees.
