TASTING NOTES:
Cosme Palacio Tinto 1894 is a robust and vigorous red, exhibiting a deep crimson hue with purplish glints. On the nose it is exceptionally aromatic and intricate, boasting an array of fruity nuances (blackberry, wild berries, blueberry, sloe), varietal notes (licorice, cinnamon, vanilla), and floral hints (roses). On the palate, it is velvety, with exquisitely fine tannins. It possesses a prolonged and invigorating acidity, infused with flavors of mint-infused chocolate. The finish is extensive and fruit-laden, with a honeyed texture.
