TASTING NOTES
Complex bouquet of citrus (particularly lemon), pear, almond blossom, and distinctive mineral notes.
On the palate it is medium to full-bodied with notable minerality from the volcanic and sulfur-rich tufo soils.
Structure is crisp acidity balanced with good weight and texture. Finish is long and persistent with characteristic almond notes.
