TASTING NOTES:
Its colour is light gold with green highlights. Its aromatic profile is complex and refined with stone fruit and citrus aromas. Apricot, grapefruit, lemon peel and white flowers the main nose aromas. In the mouth it is oily, cool acidity and some hints of minerals complete the complex taste palette.
FOOD PAIRING:
Pair it with green salads, large fatty grilled fish, shellfish, risotto with white sauces, grilled vegetables and grilled white meats, pasta with salmon.
