TASTING NOTES
Pale gold color, limpid and brilliant, with silver reflections.
The first nose is expressive and fruity with exotic notes (pineapple) and green
apple. After oxygenation, more iodized notes appear while retaining these
dominant fruity notes.
The palate is lively and energetic. It is full with a very juicy side and notes of
citrus and green apple on the finish. The whole is fresh and balanced.
Ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to seafood (cockles à la plancha) or
with summer gastronomy.
