This grappa from the Antinori brothers' top estate is
made from the must of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The grape skins are distilled within 24 hours of pressing to preserve the aromas as much as possible. The distillate of the two grape varieties is aged separately in oak barrels for 18 months.
